I'm feeling pretty good today.
'worked out hard at the gym yesterday
and then did some stretching before I went to work today.
My legs feel stronger and I feel like I
walk with better posture.
i told myself I would lay off the bad carbs
for at least 2 weeks, starting today.
But I already messed up.
Well, at least it was with a couple of slices of
wheat bread (with the sprouts still in them).
i told myself i would do 30 min of cardio at lunch
AND 30 min of cardio after work.
after i do a quick balance of my checkbook,
i'm off to the gym for my lunch workout.
