hot dogs, garlic fries and friends
just got back from Pacbell Park for the
Giants vs. Dodgers game.
we won...again. My bf hates the Dodgers with a passion, so
the victory was sweet for him.

it felt great to be back there.
After last season's World Series game, I now have
a better appreciation for the game of baseball.
It's a sport that everyone can watch and play without
going broke. That's why the crowds at the game are so diverse.
It's a microcosm of the bigger population.
You get everyone from the blue collar worker to the homeless
folks begging for money on the outskirts of the park to the
fashionably conscious (and impractical in my opinion) women who wear
stileto heels and tight-ass jeans to the game.

tonight was especially cool cause we watched it with a couple of our friends.
they actually bought the tickets for my bf as a birthday gift.

Also, Although there is no "bad seat" in Pacbell Park,
it seems that the seats we were in tonight were the best yet.
We had a full view of the field, the score board...everything was crisp and clear.
No one was in my way.
I definitely need to go back a few more times this season.

a moment in hell
tomorrow I'm meeting one of my co-workers and her husband for
a very short stint at my day job.
we need to verify whether or not our computers are truly set up for
networking.

i don't plan on being there any longer than 30 min. MAX!
I've already paid my dues this week.
hehehehe...i was telling my dad what a hell hole this place is
and i mentioned that after I get through this experience, I should
be automatically be given my ticket to heaven.
this should count as my purgatory right, God?

anyhow, I'd better get to bed soon. I don't usually get up until 10a
on Saturdays, so waking up at 8am may be more of a challenge.

goodnight!
