anything but ordinary please
so as I mentioned earlier, I decided to change the name of my blog.
'still evolving, you know.
This new title actually is a line from a song on Avril Lavigne's album.
It's from my favorite song, "anything but ordinary".
'love the words...in fact, the whole album has kinda grounded me a bit.
Avril's writing is so honest and free spirited...not always an easy way to write.
I really admire and appreciate that.

my boyfriend and i actually bought the album when we were on vacation in Toronto
and Montreal. And the funny thing was, while listening to her album on our
drive from Toronto to Montreal, we actually saw Avril's hometown (Napanee)
just a couple of minutes after she sings about where she's from on her song, "My World".
It was so wierd and neat at the same time. It's as if we came full circle with the album or something.

so anyway, everytime I listen to this album I think,
"isn't it funny how the words of a 17-yr. old can inspire this 29-year old".
that's why I love poetry and music.
there's are no limits.
it transcends everything.
