new couch
woke up around 10a this morning.
didn't really do much except eat and watch my tape of Thursday night's
"Friends", "ER", "Good morning Miami", "Will & Grace" and "Scrubs".

When I finished the tape, my dad arrived with our new couch.
Actually, my parents gave it to us since they no longer needed it.
so now, we've got 5 couches...all of them cost us $0.00...except for 1 that only cost $89 (and it's leather).
What can i say, I'm all about bargains!

afterwards, my dad hung out for a little while.
It was really nice...
'showed him some of my boyfriend's photography and also
'got a chance to show him what colors I've painted the bathroom...hehehe!
the first thing out of his mouth was, "what da hell is dis?"
he wasn't mad...he still joked around.
it's already understood that our tastes are completely different.
my dad just got a good laugh out of it.

then, i taught my dad how to do on-line chatting via aol AIM and MSN Messenger...
it was quite funny. hehehe :)
my brother just happened to be on-line, so my dad chatted with him for a little bit.
he's not yet familiar with all the chatting etiquette so he did not know any better when
he began typing in capital letters.
I told him to be careful because someone might think he is yelling at them if he types in
all capital letters.
He just said, "oh, but I like the way it looks on the screen".
hehehehe!!! my dad...gotta love him! :)

Oh, and his term for on-line chatting is "chit chat".

'Feeling kinda bummy right now.
I'd really love to go out and watch the new Harry Potter movie, but
my boyfriend has to finish his photography homework.
'think i'll just bum around until "Alias" and "The Practice" comes on.
