cardio: 20 min. EFX machine
toning: abs (20 reps + 5 reps) + upper body (5lb weight, 1 set each)
Food
complex carbs: peas, red bell pepper, cup of cranberry juice
carbs: rice, potatoes, 1 croissant
protein: stewed beef
water: 1 glass so far
Yeah for circulation! It felt great to finally be at the gym again.
still need to shower, though. ick!
then, off to the grocery
and back home to:
1.apply for at least 1 job
2. reconcile 2001 bank statements
Last night 'was feeling pretty blah.
'had a nice long talk with my bf.
I dunno what I did to deserve someone who cares so much about me.
I'll just leave it at that.
ok, off to the shower I go!
