'been cleaning today, so all the dust and grime
is getting to my skin.
'not too bad.
I'm just allergic to dust is all.

date
so after my massage session last night,
my bf took me out to dinner.
we ended up at Fuddruckers (a burgers and hot dogs place). boy...
after trying to eat healthy over the last 2 weeks,
we splurged.

But after reading all the bad stuff about red meat in
The Food Revolution,
I decided on ordering a turkey burger instead.
We also scarfed down a basket of fries.
UGH! We were so incredibly full.
'haven't eaten like that in a while.

After dinner, we ended up on the couch
catching up on "Scrubs" & "Good Morning Miami" from Thursday night.
all the other shows were repeats.

It was already 11p or so by this time, and my bf conked out,
so I just surfed the channels for a while.
I happened upon the Animal Planet channel...they were
showing this dog race thingy.
These cute little terriers had to follow an underground maze.
It was a race to see which terrier could complete it the fastest.
It was pretty entertaining.

After a while, I just decided to go to bed and continue reading
The Food Revolution.
I learned more about how meat (including chicken) can get contaminated.
There are literally, tons of ways...its due to the way we raise and slaughter
cattle and chicken.
So, today, when I ordered a meal at McDonald's, I had to settle for a filet-o-fish
and fries.

ya, ya...McDonald's in general isn't good for you in any way, but I
just couldn't get myself to order any kind of meat.

just a little more anonymity
so i'm thinking of changing the URL for my blog
and also maybe asking folks to take me off of their links.

I don't really mind having my blog read.
I just dunno how I feel anymore about being linked, especially
since the few friends who have linked me are pretty local
and popular at that!
It's kinda like giving everyone your blog address.
I dunno...that's just starting to feel wierd for me.
And I swear my site meter has exploded because of the folks that
check my blog via my link on my friends' blogs.
You guys are wayyy too popular!
