it's like one big party
wow...woke up this morning at 9 am.
'got a phone call from one of the spas I called yesterday.
Unfortunately, they didn't have any current openings but
the lady who called was really nice.

my head's feelin' a little beat up.
'suffered from a crazy head cold last night...
along with a sore throat.
I gargled with warm water and salt before I went to bed, though,
so the sore throat is now gone.
This always, always works for me, but ya gotta do the gargling
thing once you feel the symptoms...nip it in the bud early.
the next day is usually too late.

then, "aunt flow" visited this morning
and left me with some nice little cramps to deal with for the day.
oh yippee skippeee!
what else is next?

'been chugging on a nice glass of water.
'helps me feel all warm and fuzzy...and hydrated!
I swear i woke up with cotton mouth this morning.
I was probably snoring like a chain saw again!

one thing's going well: sunshine pervades the cloudless blue sky yet again.
ugh....if only the inside of my house was as warm as the outside. go figure!
